Submission Guidelines

Moving Discourse publishes texts on Dance and Performance Art. Contributions may take the form of a traditional review (1,000–2,000 words), essay (1,500-3,000 words), or may take a more experimental form (i.e. aphorism, poems etc.). We prefer unpublished texts, but are equally open to already published ones, if the text convinces the editorial team. If the latter is the case, it is the responsibility of the author, to make sure that the previous publisher authorizes a republication.

Reviews are evaluated as a complete first draft. For a longer essay, please first submit an elaborated abstract of about 500 words. If we express interest in your text, we ask that you submit a completed draft.
